WHAT ARE YOUR TRANSFER AND MAKE-UP POLICIES?

Please carefully consider your schedule, commitment to training, and your dog before registering for class. Our class sizes are small to ensure quality. By enrolling, you are reserving a space in one of our courses, i.e., specific sessions in specific classes (at specific times and dates).

Requests to transfer to another class (at no extra cost) must be made at least seven business days prior to the original class start-date.

Should you miss a session once the class has started, unfortunately, we cannot offer Make-Up Sessions in another class. We have found that introducing an unfamiliar puppy into an ongoing class, causes temporary class mayhem.

However, should injury, illness, or other unforeseen emergencies cause you to miss one or more classes, we’ll be happy to offer you a 50% discount towards a future class.
